Tour Syndication

All of the sites that we post to have Syndication Requirements in order for your tour to be shown on their site. To ensure that your tour will go to where it needs to please make sure that you are able to provide us with all of the information below.

Syndication Requirements

  • House Type
  • Price
  • Property Address
  • City
  • State/Province
  • Zip/Postal Code
  • Country
  • MLS #
  • Total Bedrooms
  • Total Bathrooms
  • Brief Headline is required on a few sites as well

Things to note:

  • One problem that we seen is that the listing is up on the partner site, but our VT isn’t attached. This is usually because someone else submitted the listing and now the partner is just ignoring our data for that listing because it doesn’t ‘belong’ to us.
  • Homes.com, Homeseekers.com, realtor.ca (Canada) and realtor.com (US) are the only sites of which we ONLY send the Virtual Tour to. This is true for all of the MLS feeds too. Your listing MUST appear on these sites via your own membership or Real Estate Board before the tour can be posted. All other sites we export both Listing Data and Virtual Tour links.
  • Once a drop date is added to a tour (regardless of when it actually is) the tour will not be exported any more.

How to add Syndication Requirements

Step 1

  • Login to your Members Area.
  • Select your Property Address in the Step 1 box.
  • Select Edit Tour Details/Information in the Step 2 Box.
  • Click the Go Button off to the right of Step 2

Step 2

  • Fill in all the fields that are encircled in red to have all of the Syndication Requirements.
  • When finished click on Save Changes at the bottom right of your screen.
