Email Statistics Report


Sending the homeowners a Statistics Email shows your clients that you are putting your marketing dollars towards great use for them. It will show then summary of the yearly, monthly, and daily statistics for the tour. It will also show them where the traffic is coming from and how many times from that site.   • Once you are logged into your Members Area, Select the tour you want to send in the Step 1 box, then in Step 2 select Email Statistics Report, and then click the GO! button off to the right.

  • Fill out Your Information and the Recipients Information. Next create the Custom Message will be sent out every time the email goes out. Depending on how much contact your homeowner needs select the Frequency to any of the options listed. You can set the start and end dates, or keep the dates that are already there. After you have entered in all your changes select Send Statics.

  • You will then receive a confirmation that the email has been sent.
